For this opportunity, I traveled a lot across <a href=\"https:\/\/slovakia.travel\/en\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Slovakia<\/a>, looking for some clear skies over the beautiful mountainous landscapes. Eventually, I made it happen nearby \u017ddiar, from where the peaks of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.beliansketatry.com\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Belian Tatras<\/a> appeared just below the sun, giving me such a dramatic view while the eclipse progressed. The highest peak in the image is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.summitpost.org\/havran\/589554\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Havran<\/a> (2152 m), left from center <a href=\"https:\/\/www.summitpost.org\/diarska-vidla-pla-liv-skala\/589567\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">\u017ddiarska Vid\u013ea<\/a> (2142 m) and the lowest peak on left is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.summitpost.org\/hl-py-vrch-jatky\/591290\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Hl\u00fapy Vrch<\/a> (2 061 m). I was not able to finish the whole eclipse story in the image as the clouds covered the sky last 30 minutes of the eclipse, but still, such an amazing and wild solar eclipse gazing the Slovakian sky offered! This image was one of the series, taken some minutes before the maximum of the eclipse (which occurred at 12:34PM CEST from my location). Camera was used Canon Ra, ISO 640, 1\/1250s, tracked with Vixen GP-2 mount (also filtered with solar folia).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today, on October 25th, 2022, a partial solar eclipse occurred over most of Europe and Asia.
