Brighter Venus was joined by Mercury. Both inner planets pretty quickly set just after I spotted them, but it was enough to capture this spontaneous multiexposure, showing their motion in the sky every 15 seconds over Le\u0161kova H\u016frka hamlet in the Czech Republic. The planets were just about 1 degree apart, easily visible with naked eyes. While Venus will take a central stage for next months in the evening sky, the Mercury is visible just for next weeks. This is definitely the reason I am so happy to capture them both &#8220;side by side&#8221;.
