\"Sky<\/a>

Sky of Lyrids<\/p><\/div>Five sleepless nights, lots of struggles with Starlink satellites<\/a> and the light pollution<\/a>, but weather permitting season between 19 and 24 April, 2020 (after decades here!) with New Moon phase finally allowed me to enjoy this not so known annual meteor shower<\/a> of Lyrids<\/a>, caused by debris of comet C\/1861 G1 (Thatcher). Enjoy this multiexposure, taken from a shore of the Se\u010d lake<\/a>‘s “Caslavska cove”, where the view to the Milky Way’s reflections in the water, together with rising Jupiter and Saturn, was truly magical. Almost no wind in the night of maximum, absolutely clear sky and just the celestial show up above. You can count 33 Lyrid meteors in total, looking like a drops falling from the cloudless starry sky somewhere over the lake. Used Canon 6D (modified), Sigma 35 mm, f 2.2, ISO 8000, 60×13 s panorama from tripod + 33x30s timelapsing of meteors (Samyang 12 mm, f2.8). Enjoy more views below.<\/p>\n
