Zdeněk's amur, 14th July, 2008 (59 cm)

While I slept after astronomical night, Zdeněk already fished under our cottage. And this fatty was his accidental but nice catch. It's very special when you catch an amur in Seč, it's possible in average once per a year. But when you are lucky, it is amazing fight.

And when I unhappilly spent all the day to midnight (while Zdeněk won with his amur this fishing day), came a strong signal. Stars shined, my bamboo rod bravely resisted absolutely curiously stretching creature. For a moment I even thought, that I stretched just some plastic bag. It floated aside, into the deep, my heart strongly beat. After more than 15 minutes I felt I caught up it on shore. Then it started to jump and in weak light from aside I recognized a carp body. An eel after seven years (20th July, 2008, 56 cm)

Next strange day. In the evening came very strong storm. While Zdeněk with success was packing, I stood. The storm passed over and I used earthworms. And suddenly came very curious signal with no fish after hack. It repeated a while when I decided to give a more time to fish signals. And then I understood. It was eels! Slow signals on earthworms. Last of them didn't escape and I finally after seven years caught an mysterious eel again.
