Sunset over the Lomnicky Stit
Yesterday’s sunset (5 September 2024) was truly a lucky one for me. After a year I finally managed my dream shot – the sunset over Lomnicky Stit summit of the High Tatras mountains, shooting from Terna, eastern Slovakia (about 74 km far from the summit). Why this mount? If you look closer at the summit surrounded by the Sun, there is a small protrusion. It is, actually, Lomnicky Stit Observatory, which focuses on the observation of our star as well.
